Seth walked through his bar looking over his customers, they seemed happy. He wandered through then caught sight of the Commissioner and smiled, walking over and stopping in front of his table, "Tis good to see you in here on such a fine day Commissioner, enjoying the fresh brew?" he spoke with a smooth English accent, his vowels were long and eloquent. He was wearing his usual sharp suit, but instead of the usual monochrome black and white, his suit was a crimson red, with a matching colored tie and black shirt. His Berluti dress shoes were shined to a mirror finish and his smile was worth 1000 dollars.
The Commissioner raised his head and smiled. Seth nodded his head and continued walking through the bar. It wasn't packed as usual but he didn't mind. There was still a nice bustle as people conversed and their words hummed in his ears. There was tons of gossip going on, along with conversations about how their lives were, small arguments were going on but this was normal so Seth continued to move on like a ghost, silent and graceful. He was king of the hill currently and there would be hell should anyone try to topple his reign. He paused at the bar and gentle tapped the polished marble with two fingers. A glass slid into place, filled halfway with scotch, no ice and he grinned. His employees had learned well and he felt himself swell with pride as he gazed over his domain, as it sat right now, nothing would ruin his day. He looked up when a small bell above his entrance jingled, signaling someone had entered and he peered over the crowd, waiting. "I wonder who's come to say hello..."
